Your credit card will not be charged until departure although it will be pre-authorized for the total amount of your stay once you arrive. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. Simply fill out the cancellation form on the RESERVATIONS page. Likewise, any changes to your reservation can be submitted here. You will receive a confirmation of your request via e-mail.
