These guys take their coffee very, very seriously. Husband-and-wife team Joel and Leticia Pollock handpick their coffee-farm sources, roast their own beans in a pre-WWII roaster and train their own baristas. They also host a free coffee tasting every Saturday at 3pm – no reservation required – as well as art shows and music events when it strikes their fancy. With so much to offer, it’s no wonder they’re spreading to NYC.
