What’s a Cobaya dinner? Glad you asked. Cobaya is a supper club that gives talented chefs the freedom to craft deliciously creative meals for an audience of adventurous, open-minded diners in spaces all over the city, from restaurants to warehouses.

On Monday night we hosted our first Cobaya dinner at The Broken Shaker. Here’s a taste of what Louisiana-born, rebel-rocker chef Brandon Baltzley served up as part of the 9-course meal, plus a twist on a classic cocktail from Elad Zvi and Gabe Orta.
