Morningside Park

The view from Morningside Park by Brian Kuhl

We love this unique neighborhood for its down-to-earth vibe and fun, relaxing outdoor activities. When you feel like getting off the beaten path, hop on one of our cruisers and set out on a two-wheeled jaunt to Morningside Park.

On the way, you’ll take in gorgeous ocean views and once you arrive you can rent a kayak, play tennis or basketball, swim in the pool, or just lounge on the grass with a good read under one of the beautiful Banyan trees.

Hungry? Grab a bite at our favorite nearby eatery Andiamo! in the 55th Street Station Shops. They’ve got tons of outdoor seating, specialty pizzas, and house-made wine.

The neighborhood’s chock-full of beautiful mid-century architecture, an eclectic mix of Mediterranean Revival, Art Deco, and Masonry Vernacular houses as well as some hard-to-find examples of the Tudor and Mission Revival styles from the ’20s and ’30s. Pedal around, there’s plenty to see.
