Saturday afternoon is the perfect time to sweat out all those handcrafted beers and mezcal shots you downed at The Broken Shaker Friday night. Join us for our weekly hour-long beach yoga session with Johanna Rodriguez, across the street from the hotel.
Johanna’s class will open your heart, build your strength, and train you to focus and remain intentional and present. Don’t worry if you’re new to yoga, she’s committed to helping students of all levels benefit from yoga through her through her creative movement sequences, personal adjustments, and life-affirming themes. To join the next session:
1. Sign up at the front desk by Friday night.
2. Saturday, slap on some sunscreen and meet Johanna and the others in the lobby at 1:15pm with a towel, some water, and an intention for your practice.
3. Afterwards, come see us at the BBQ and let us know how it went.
